These are the tools found in the clothing repair kits and how to use them.

The pincushion is used to safely store pins and needles when they are not in use. The pins are used to keep pieces of fabric together when sewing them together, like for making pleats or to keep a hem even.

The needle pushes through the fabric, bringing the thread with it. The thread then keeps the fabric secured.

The tape measure can be used to take measurements of the body and to measure fabric.

To use the needle threader, put the wire part of the threader through the eye of the needle. Then, thread the thread through that same wire part. Once the thread is through the wire part, pull the threader out of the eye of the needle.

To tear apart seams, place the seam ripper between the seam you wish to pick apart with the piece with the red dot on top. Then, pick up to rip the seam.

After uncapping the seam ripper, the cap can be placed on the opposite end to extend the handle to a more comfortable length.
